Our story

My names is Jess and I run Betty’s bikes with a small but dedicated team. It all began with my Father’s love of motorbikes. I remember travelling with him up and down the country attending motorbike festivals, auctions and autojumbles- collecting bikes wherever we went. My Father ran an autojumble stall at Brands Hatch for many years, selling everything motorbike related. One of my fondest memories is going to Daytona International Speedway together!

This passion for bikes grew into a successful business, with Dad buying and selling vintage bikes for many years. When it came to retiring my Father passed on his passion and collection to me. A company approached me and asked to hire a bike for a beauty shoot. This gave me the inspiration I needed and Betty’s Bikes was born. I chose the name after my Dad’s beloved Jack Russell terrier, Betty, who is in the logo wearing the scarf.

The motorcycle collection ranges from vintage to retro and includes modern scramblers, off roaders, side car outfits and much more. We also have an extensive collection of period props with oil cans, helmets, pictures and motorcycle parts to complete the scene. With so much choice it is no wonder our bikes have starred in many TV shows, adverts, magazines and shop displays. Betty’s Bikes has grown and been able to keep all these wonderful classics alive- we love seeing them in their full glory as you bring them to life.
